Liberal Values in the West – Caroline Springs, 5th September 2025

On 5th September 2025, the community gathered at West Waters, Caroline Springs, for 
The inspiring program “Liberal Values in the West.” The event provided a valuable 
opportunity to connect with community members and leaders who share a vision for a 
stronger Victoria. 
Attendees had the privilege of engaging with prominent figures, including Hon. Tony 
Abbott (Former Prime Minister of Australia), Mr. Brad Battin MP (Opposition Leader of 
Victoria), Mr. Warren Mundine AO, Mr. Humayun Kabir Bulbul, Dr. Golam Haque, and 
other respected leaders from the western region. Discussions centered on core values 
such as family, community, opportunity, fairness, and inclusivity, which are essential to 
driving positive change across the Western Metropolitan Region and beyond. 
The event highlighted that true leadership involves listening, respecting, and 
collaborating to build a healthier, stronger, and more sustainable community. Moments 
like this reaffirm the importance of working together to shape a brighter future for 
Victoria, grounded in shared values and collective action.
